Specifikace služby a známá omezení

Rozhodným zněním je znění české, s výhradou čl. 17.2 VOP.

Co je datok. Nástroj pro přípravu, katalogizaci, analýzu a vizualizaci dat. Veškeré zpracování probíhá na Vašem zařízení; Vaše soubory k nám nikdy nenahráváme.

Analýza: analytické sešity, balíčky reportů (.datok.report), organizační schéma jako PDF A4.

Objem dat. Pevný limit počtu řádků neexistuje. Omezením je paměť zařízení: v prohlížeči přibližně 2–4 GB na kartu (doporučujeme soubory do cca 50 MB); na desktopu přibližně polovina operační paměti počítače. Náhledy zobrazují prvních 100 řádků. Plánované běhy se zastaví po 6 hodinách.

Funkce pouze v desktopové verzi: AI nástroje (AI Text, AI Ask, AI Vision, AI Audit, AI popisy v Katalogu, AI párování podobných záznamů), nástroj Files, nástroj API Call, Plánovač (aplikace musí zůstat spuštěná) a zápis do libovolné složky.

Funkce umělé inteligence. Fungují pouze se softwarem Ollama, bezplatným softwarem třetí strany, který si sami nainstalujete do počítače, a s jazykovým modelem dle Vaší volby (doporučujeme např. llama3.2). Cloudová AI se nepoužívá; cloudové modely Ollama jsou blokovány. Výstupy AI jsou návrhy, které musí ověřit člověk (čl. 9 VOP).

Balíčky reportů (.datok.report) obsahují data reportu. Při exportu je můžete chránit heslem (šifrování AES-256); bez hesla jsou komprimované, nikoli zašifrované, a kdokoli, kdo má soubor, jej může otevřít v bezplatném prohlížeči Analysis Viewer. Ztracené heslo nelze obnovit. Sdílejte reporty jen s osobami, které data smějí vidět, a heslo posílejte zvlášť.

Aktualizace. Webová verze je vždy aktuální. Desktopová verze se neaktualizuje sama: aplikace Vás na novou verzi upozorní (bezpečnostní aktualizace zvlášť označí) a novou verzi si stáhnete. Aktualizace vydáváme pravidelně, bezpečnostní aktualizace dle potřeby.

Jazyk. Uživatelské rozhraní je v češtině, angličtině a němčině. Právní dokumenty jsou vydány v češtině a k dispozici jsou jejich překlady; rozhodným zněním je znění české, s výhradou čl. 17.2 VOP.

Podpora. E-mailem na info@omnexis.com, kontaktním formulářem nebo zpětnou vazbou v aplikaci. Garantovanou dobu odezvy neposkytujeme; reklamace vyřizujeme do 30 dnů (čl. 7 VOP).

Zkušební období. 8 hodin od aktivace účtu, plná funkčnost webové verze. Desktopová verze není součástí zkušebního období.

Service specification and known limitations

English translation. The Czech version governs. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protection or the Consumer's right under clause 17.2 of the Terms to rely on the language version in which the contract was concluded where it is more favourable.

What datok is. A tool for preparing, cataloguing, analysing and visualising data. All processing runs on your own device; your files are never uploaded to us.

Analyze: analysis workbooks, report packages (.datok.report), org chart as A4 PDF.

Data size. There is no fixed row limit. The limit is your device’s memory: in the browser roughly 2–4 GB per tab (we recommend files up to about 50 MB each); on the desktop about half of your PC’s RAM. Previews show the first 100 rows. Scheduled runs stop after 6 hours.

Desktop-only features: AI tools (AI Text, AI Ask, AI Vision, AI Audit, AI descriptions in the Catalog, AI-based fuzzy matching), the Files tool, the API Call tool, the Scheduler (the app must stay running), and writing to any folder.

AI features. They work only with Ollama, free third-party software that you install on your PC yourself, plus a language model of your choice (we suggest starter models such as llama3.2). No cloud AI is used, and Ollama cloud models are blocked. AI results are suggestions and must be checked by a person (VOP art. 9).

Report packages (.datok.report) contain the data of the report. When you export, you can protect them with a password (AES-256 encryption); without a password they are compressed but not encrypted, and anyone who has the file can open it in the free Analysis Viewer. A lost password cannot be recovered. Share reports only with people who may see the data, and send the password separately.

Updates. The web version is always up to date. The desktop version does not update itself: the app tells you when a new version is available (security updates are marked) and you download it. We release updates regularly and security updates as needed.

Language. The user interface is available in Czech, English and German. The legal documents are issued in Czech, with translations available; the Czech version governs, subject to clause 17.2 of the Terms.

Support. By e-mail to info@omnexis.com, through the contact form or the in-app feedback. We have no guaranteed response time; complaints are handled within 30 days (VOP art. 7).

Free trial. 8 hours from the activation of the account, full functionality of the web version. The desktop version is not part of the trial.

Specific deviations from the usual characteristics (Terms art. 7.2)

Leistungsbeschreibung und bekannte Einschränkungen

Dies ist eine deutsche Übersetzung. Maßgeblich ist die tschechische Fassung. Dies schränkt weder zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften noch das Recht des Verbrauchers nach Art. 17.2 der AGB ein, sich auf die Sprachfassung zu berufen, in der der Vertrag geschlossen wurde, soweit diese für ihn günstiger ist.

Was datok ist. Ein Werkzeug zum Aufbereiten, Katalogisieren, Analysieren und Visualisieren von Daten. Die gesamte Verarbeitung findet auf Ihrem eigenen Gerät statt; Ihre Dateien werden nie zu uns hochgeladen.

Datenmenge. Es gibt keine feste Zeilengrenze. Die Grenze ist der Arbeitsspeicher Ihres Geräts: im Browser etwa 2–4 GB pro Tab (wir empfehlen Dateien bis etwa 50 MB); auf dem Desktop etwa die Hälfte des Arbeitsspeichers Ihres PCs. Vorschauen zeigen die ersten 100 Zeilen. Geplante Ausführungen werden nach 6 Stunden beendet.

Nur in der Desktop-Version: KI-Tools (AI Text, AI Ask, AI Vision, AI Audit, KI-Beschreibungen im Datenkatalog, KI-gestützter unscharfer Abgleich), das Tool Dateien, das Tool API Call, der Planer (die App muss dabei geöffnet bleiben) und das Schreiben in beliebige Ordner.

KI-Funktionen. Sie funktionieren nur mit Ollama, einer kostenlosen Software eines Drittanbieters, die Sie selbst auf Ihrem PC installieren, und mit einem Sprachmodell Ihrer Wahl (wir empfehlen für den Einstieg z. B. llama3.2). Es wird keine Cloud-KI verwendet; Cloud-Modelle von Ollama sind gesperrt. KI-Ergebnisse sind Vorschläge und müssen von einem Menschen geprüft werden (AGB Art. 9).

Berichtspakete (.datok.report) enthalten die Daten des Berichts. Beim Export können Sie sie mit einem Passwort schützen (AES-256-Verschlüsselung); ohne Passwort sind sie komprimiert, aber nicht verschlüsselt, und jeder, der die Datei hat, kann sie im kostenlosen Analysis Viewer öffnen. Ein verlorenes Passwort kann nicht wiederhergestellt werden. Teilen Sie Berichte nur mit Personen, die die Daten sehen dürfen, und senden Sie das Passwort separat.

Updates. Die Webversion ist immer aktuell. Die Desktop-Version aktualisiert sich nicht selbst: Die App weist Sie auf eine neue Version hin (Sicherheitsupdates sind gekennzeichnet), und Sie laden sie herunter. Updates veröffentlichen wir regelmäßig, Sicherheitsupdates bei Bedarf.

Sprache. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist auf Englisch, Tschechisch und Deutsch verfügbar. Die Rechtsdokumente werden auf Tschechisch herausgegeben, Übersetzungen sind verfügbar; maßgeblich ist die tschechische Fassung, vorbehaltlich Art. 17.2 der AGB.
